Each product has a 'Order on Etsy' or 'Order on Amazon.in' button. This takes you to the actual listing on the partner platform. That's where the order happens.
You're leaving Vidha Bazaar at this point. The partner handles payment, fulfilment, and delivery.
Order on the platform
Place and pay for your order directly with the partner (Etsy, Amazon, Qikink, etc.). Save your order confirmation number — you'll need it for customisations.
Returns, refunds, and delivery queries go to the partner platform's support, not to Vidha Bazaar.

Come back to Vidha Bazaar and submit a customisation request — a name change, colour swap, language change, or gift message. We coordinate with the seller and keep you updated throughout.

Why no direct checkout?
We don't hold inventory
Every product you see is fulfilled by a print-on-demand partner or a third-party seller. We'd need a warehouse to hold stock — we'd rather not.
The platforms do payments better
Etsy and Amazon have fraud protection, buyer guarantees, and dispute resolution built in. Routing you there means you get all of that.
We focus on curation
Our job is finding good things in the right places. If we ran checkout too, we'd have to be a logistics company. Curation is what we're good at.

Why can't I pay directly on Vidha Bazaar?
Vidha Bazaar is a curation layer, not a fulfilment operation. We don't hold inventory, don't run a warehouse, and don't want to compete with the platforms that do this well. Instead, we curate the best finds and route you to the right store. You get trusted platforms (Etsy, Amazon), and we keep our focus on curation quality.
Can I order from multiple countries in one session?
Yes. Each product shows links for all the countries it ships to. You can follow the India link for one product and the US link for another in the same browsing session — just open them in separate tabs. Each order is placed independently on the respective platform.
How long does customisation take?
We aim to respond to every customisation request within 1–2 business days. The actual production and delivery timeline depends on the seller — we'll relay that clearly once we've spoken to them. Complex requests (e.g. full design changes) may take longer.
What if a product link is broken or out of stock?
Let us know at desk@vidha.co with the product name and the broken link. We audit links regularly, but stock changes fast on print-on-demand platforms. We'll find an alternative and update the page.
Are the prices shown accurate?
Prices shown on Vidha Bazaar are indicative — they're based on the last time we checked the listing. The actual price on the partner platform is what you pay, and it may differ due to sales, currency conversion, or the seller updating their price. Always confirm on the platform before ordering.
Some products say 'affiliate find'. What does that mean?
An affiliate find is a product we've sourced and recommend from a third-party seller (not a Vidha print-on-demand product). If you order via an affiliate link, Vidha may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. This doesn't affect what you pay or how the seller treats your order.
